We’re excited to offer all three of our current spice blend flavors in one package!  In your shipment will be our Happy Burro chorizo seasoning which is great used in marinades, as a ground meat taco seasoning, to season carne asada, used in beans, on vegetables, and of course to make your own healthy homemade fresh chorizo with pork, turkey, chicken or shrimp.  The second seasoning will be our Frog Boil Cajun seasoning and blackening rub, perfect for Blackened Chicken or Seafood and a great accompaniment to all your Bayou favorites like Red Beans, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Fried Catfish, grilled Oysters, or your own Shrimp, Crawfish or Crab boil.  And last but not least our classic Central Coast spice blend which is now an all ORGANIC all purpose seasoning for that classic Santa Maria style California Barbecue flavor.
