Bird Valley Foodstuff was created with the simple idea that adding a little real flavor can change the world.  If you are strolling down the grocery store aisle today, you’re likely stuck choosing between products stuffed full of sugars, fats, fillers, salts, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors or are just expensive dressed up products plastered with certifications.

Bird Valley Foodstuff products offer you something better.  Something real.  Just real good food.  We are not trying to convince you that simply by using our products you’re eating healthier.  We know that healthy living is a process, we just want to be a delicious part of your process.

Six New Blends Headed Your Way in 2024! Get 'em All!!!

2024 is going to be a very tasty year!  We are happy to announce that we have six new flavors in the works! Plus your favorites will be back as well!

  • Southern Shake sweet smoky bbq rub.  From Memphis to the Carolinas, Texas to Kansas City, Our bbq rub is a savory, sweet-smoky offering great used as a dry rub on ribs, brisket, chicken, pork, fish, and vegetables.
  • Brooklyn Bridged new york barbecue is bringing the the NY deli to your home with our Pastrami spice blend.  Delicious on salmon, pork belly, turkey, lamb, ribs, vegetables, and of course on the traditional navel or brisket, stacked high on rye with a schmear of mustard and dill pickles.
  • Ti Amo italian seasoning. “Ti Amo” in Italian means “I Love You” and this blend is an extension of our love (and our wedding favor).  This delicious multipurpose blend is bringing a little of Italy to your home kitchen. Use our Ti Amo blend for fresh Italian sausage or to season all of your favorite meats, seafood, and veggies.
  • Surf City california citrus & pepper is a celebration of the glorious bounty that exists in the waters of the Pacific Ocean and nearby lands of the California Coast. Like a lemon pepper with more soul, use your Surf City on fish, shrimp, crab, chicken, and vegetables.
  • Californio citrus chile seasoning.  Before the Gold Rush, Alta California, now the state of California, was a cattle frontier and home to the Californios. Our citrus chile seasoning is a celebration of the citrus groves of early California and the chiles introduced by these pioneering settlers. Use as a mouthwatering rub for steak, pork, chicken, or as a zesty seasoning for veggies, seafood, and salad dressings or marinades.
  • Sazonada seasoned sea salt is our take on seasoned salt, that long-standing, all-purpose kitchen staple. With hints of onion, garlic, and a touch of red pepper flakes, our seasoned sea salt is an upgrade, a grown up healthier version to the generic big name brands.  A perfect substitute for table salt, shake on fries, steaks, burgers, chicken, pork, turkey, lamb, bison, seafood, potatoes, and vegetables.
  • These will be joining our Happy Burro chorizo seasoning, a means to make your own fresh chorizo at home, it’s also great as a healthy taco seasoning, for fajitas, beans, vegetables and great on carne asada and in marinades.  Frog Boil Cajun seasoning and blackening rub is perfect for all of your favorite classics like shrimp and grits, red beans and rice, gumbo, dirty rice, blackened chicken or salmon and vegetables.  Along with the original Central Coast spice blend which you already know is a deliciously flavorful, low-sodium, vegan and gluten free, all-purpose seasoning blend that tastes just as great on poultry, pork, seafood, fresh vegetables, soups and potatoes as it does on a grilled tri-tip, sirloin, rib-eye or your favorite steak.
